I like to eat things, and many recipes I always have to double the food or spices. This is mostly me rewriting some recipes to be easier for me to read - I don’t like to read long descriptions before recipes, and a single step in a recipe should only be 1 sentence.

Recipes are all vegetarian, some are vegan (or can be made vegan). Most recipes are made without onions or garlic for FODMAP reasons, though I will label where onion/garlic can be used.

I also don’t like when recipes are “30-minutes” assuming you already made rice, can chop veggies in like 10 seconds, and have unlimited kitchen space to prep.

Bread / baking recipes are typically showin in grams since I find it easier to be precise, but will try to include volume measurements in case a scale is not available.
